Section 10
Disqualification of Arbitrator
The following persons shall not be eligible to be appointed as arbitrator:-
(a) Being ineligible to enter into a contract according to the prevailing law,
(b) Convicted by a court of law for a criminal offense of moral turpitude,
(c) Falling in the moneylender's damasahi or overturned,
(d) having any interest in the dispute to be settled by arbitration,
(e) If any specific qualification is prescribed for the appointment of an arbitrator in a contract, such qualification is not met.
